How can I sue the Mormon Church for discrimination?

The situation is that the Mormon Church discriminated against me twice on the basis of criminal back ground and mental illness. After convincing me that baptism into their Church was the only way into Heaven, they told me that I could not get baptized because I was on parole. This caused me alot of emotional anguish because my crime was triggered by abuse. They offered no counceling services for the intense emotions brought up when my Salvation was postponed and criticized me for calling the missionaries all the time crying. Then almost a year later when I got off parole, I was denied baptism on the basis of mental illness. I'm Bipolar and they said that I might not be accountable for my sins and would not be able to keep a covenant with God. All the improvements I made didn't please them. I have no written proof that they discriminated against me.
