What does it mean when you see footprints on the windshield of someone's car?

It doesn't necessarily mean anything other than feet have been on your windshield. Someone may have put their feet on the dash, been reaching into the back and hit one foot on the windshield, been changing their pants, or fooling around in there. Who knows.
