Sane-abandoned isn't QUITE what he's saying, it's sung more as two words. "Leave like the sane abandoned me" And about the line "You can take off your skin in the cannibal glow" I'm not EXACTLY sure so I won't say for sure, but a cannibal is someone who eats other people so it probably goes along with that.
