Accuracy of blood glucose meters?

I tested my blood sugar 3 times in a row using 2 different testers to try & see if I could get an "accurate reading". The first reading was 181 on a Freestyle meter. Immediately after that I used an One Touch Ultra II & the first reading on it was 86 and immediately after that I tested 107. I feel lightheaded, dizzy & fatigued, as if my blood sugar is low. So how can I determine if indeed my blood sugar is a problem, when I'm getting 3 different readings using 2 meters. Any ideal how to determine which is more accurate?
