Could 2-3 Green Spotted Pufferfish live in a 20-gallon tank?

Currently I have 2 Angelfish, a Lace catfish, a Black Ghost Knifefish, and a Bala Shark. I once had a Blue Ram, but it was so tiny that it got sucked into the filter. My tank has a large bell in the middle and various fake plants around it and natural pebbles. Could 2 or 3 puffers live ideally in this tank? Any help will be appreciated. WILL GIVE BEST ANSWER
