Do you know what asian glow is?

It’s funny that I fell upon this question. The other day I was at a Behavioral Cognitive Neuroscience meeting and one of the Phds were talking about this. I'm from Michigan and apparently some of the Asian population is missing a gene that encodes for an enzyme called alcohol dehydrogenase.
