If you're referring to employees of the Child Protection Services "breaking and entering" in order to take a child into custody, they did so with the police. That is called a rescue. If this mother feels as though her children have been taken under false pretenses, she has ways to appeal, but she will need to get a lawyer immediately. There is no way around that.
