Sudden stuttering and "blackout"?

started stuttering then two days later got disoriented, could not remember where i was and could not figure out what i was doing for over an hour. went to hospital, had a cat scan, spinal tap and had blood work done. bloodwork came back normal, cat scan was normal, spinal fluid under microscope fine but hospital could not process protein in fluid. blood sugar was 60. still having stuttering problem. hospital gave two bags of iv fluid but still no answers... what could it be
