Is this a spam email? "Office Confirmation Letter" (You Are A Winner)?

SCAM just hit the SPAM on do not open it just confirms your email address and you will get a lot more spam. Never give out your personal info to any of these places. It is a phishing scam to steal your identity. Hope this helps!!!
