Negative balance - banking question?

My balance in my bank is negative right now, and I have a co-signer on my bank acct which is my Dad... he has the same bank but he has his own different account as well... so will they withdraw his separate account to cover my account? I went negative before and they didn't withdraw it... so I am just asking to be sure if they will or not...
